UBS has unveiled a curated list of 30 companies it believes are best positioned to thrive over the coming decade, emphasizing that the next wave of market leadership will be driven by technology-enabled disruption across multiple industries.

In an investor note, the firm argues that the most significant opportunities through 2030 will emerge from greentech, fintech, and healthtech, along with the broader universe of enabling technologies such as artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. These areas, UBS noted, are poised to generate the innovations that redefine traditional business models and reshape competitive dynamics. 

According to the investment bank, companies leading these transformative segments are likely to outpace the broader market in earnings growth as long-term, structural tailwinds—ranging from digital adoption to sustainability-focused investment—continue to accelerate.
