Solana Company to delay 10-Q filing

Solana Company (HSDT) has determined that it cannot file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, within the prescribed time period without unreasonable efforts or expense, it said in a filing.

As disclosed in the registrant's current report on Form 8-K filed with the SEC on October 16, the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of the registrant received the resignation of Baker Tilly US as the company's independent registered public accounting firm, effective October 15.

On October 15, the committee approved the appointment of CBIZ CPAs P.C. as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, effective immediately.

The registrant, while making efforts to expedite the process, requires additional time to finalize the review of the financial statements to be included in the Form 10-Q.
