Air T获得债权人对Rex收购的支持

Air T (AIRT) said on Tuesday that a majority of Rex’s creditors have voted in favor of its bid to acquire the Australian regional airline.
The company said it expects the transaction to close by year-end and is working with all parties to ensure a smooth completion.
AIRT +3.71% after hours to $21.77.
