CarParts.com CFO Ryan Lockwood Resigns, Effective November 21

On November 7, 2025, CarParts.com, Inc. (the "Company") accepted the resignation of Ryan Lockwood as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective November 21, 2025. Mr. Lockwood is departing to pursue another professional opportunity. His departure is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies, or practices.

The Company will commence a search for a permanent Chief Financial Officer. The Board of Directors and the Company's senior finance team will oversee financial operations during this transition period.
