Navitas签订私募协议，收益1亿美元

- Navitas Semiconductor (NASDAQ:NVTS) announced on Friday that it has entered into a definitive securities purchase agreement for the purchase and sale of 14.81M shares of Class A common stock at a purchase price of $6.75 per share.
- The gross proceeds from the private placement, which is expected to close on or around November 10, 2025, will generate approximately $100M.
- The company plans to use the net proceeds from this offering for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
