Visionary Holdings Elects William T. Chai As Board Chairman

At the Board of Directors level: Mr. William T. Chai was elected Chairman, Mr. Kealey Donald M as Vice Chairman, Mr. Rusheng Wu as Managing Director, and Mr. Jun Huang as Executive Director.
