- Nokia (NOK) on Tuesday said that its board has approved applying to delist its shares from Euronext Paris, citing low trading volumes on the exchange.
- The company’s stock will continue to trade on the Helsinki and New York exchanges.
- "The decision by Nokia to submit the delisting application was taken following a review of the trading volumes, costs and administrative requirements related to its listing on Euronext Paris," the company said.
- The delisting of Nokia’s shares from Euronext Paris is subject to the approval of the Board of Euronext Paris.
- The stock eased 3.2% in early trading in the U.S.
