Agencia Comercial Spirits raises $8.05M after underwriters fully exercise over-allotment option

Agencia Comercial Spirits (AGCC) said on Friday that the underwriter of its initial public offering have exercised their over-allotment option in full to purchase an additional share worth $1.05 million.
They bought 262,500 Class A ordinary shares of the company at the public offering price of $4.00 per share.
After giving effect to the full exercise of the underwriters' option, the total number of Class A ordinary shares in the public offering increased to 2.01M shares, bringing the total gross proceeds from the offering to US$8.05 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and offering expenses payable.
AGCC +0.93% after hours to $5.4.
