The most oversold stocks per their 14-day Relative Strength Index include FM Corp. (FMC), Fiserv (FI) , and Stride (LRN).
- IPO watch - Companies expected to price their IPOs and begin trading next week include Off The Hook (OTH) and BETA Technologies (BETA).
- Dividend watch - Companies that have an ex-dividend date coming next week include Citigroup (C) and Ford (F).
- Earnings watch - Notable companies due to report include Clorox (CLX), onsemi (ON), Qorvo (QRVO), Lattice Semiconductor (LSCC), Palantir (PLTR) and Williams Cos. (WMB).
- All day - DuPont's (D) spinoff of its electronics business as a separate company named Qnity Electronics will begin trading. DuPont shareholders as of the record date of October 22 will receive one Qnity share for every two DuPont shares they hold.
- 12pm - San Francisco Fed President Mary Daly at Forum Club of the Palm Beaches.
- 2pm- Fed Governor Lisa Cook speaks at the Brookings Institution.
Tuesday - November 4
- Earnings watch - Notable companies due to report include AMD (AMD), Capri Holdings (CPRI), Cirrus Logic (CRUS), Leidos (LDOS), Match Group (MTCH), Molson Coors (TAP), Pinterest (PINS), Shopify (SHOP), Super Micro Computer (SMCI) and Yum Brands (YUM).All day - Caterpillar (CAT) will hold its Investor Day. The executive leadership team will provide an update on strategic priorities and growth opportunities as the company embarks on its next 100 years.
- All day - Hamee Corporation (OTC:HMEEF) will spin off its Ne Inc. subsidiary to create a more independent and growth-focused business structure for the NE unit.
- All day - Pfizer (PFE) has until Tuesday to match Novo Nordisk's (NVO) bid for Metsera (MTSR).
Wednesday - November 5
- Earnings watch - Notable companies due to report include AMC Entertainment (AMC), McDonald's (MCD), Devon Energy (DVN), Dine Brands (DIN), Fastly (FSLY), Fortinet (FTNT), HubSpot (HUBS) and Qualcomm (QCOM).
- All day - Bank of America (BAC) will hold its Investor Day in Boston. This event stands out because it marks Bank of America’s first Investor Day in roughly 15 years and just the second since the financial crisis of 2007-2008.
- All day - LendingClub (LC) will hold its Investor Day event in New York City.
- Postmarket - MSCI will announce updates to its global equity indexes, including additions and deletions of securities based on a rigorous methodology and market input.
Thursday - November 6
- Earnings watch - Notable companies due to report include Airbnb (ABNB), ConocoPhillips (COP), Datadog (DDOG), EchoStar (SATS), Dropbox (DBX), Five9 (FIVN), Hyatt Hotels (H), Ralph Lauren (RL), Take-Two Interactive (TTWO) and Wynn Resorts (WYNN).All day - Tesla (TSLA) will hold its highly anticipated shareholder meeting at Gigafactory Texas. Shareholders will vote on Elon Musk's proposed $1 trillion pay package and the company's future direction. The meeting is also expected to include progress reports on several critical initiatives, including the robotaxi network pilot, Cybercab program, Tesla Semi production ramp, and advances in next-generation battery technology, particularly the Gen 3 Cybercell manufacturing.
- All day - The National Retail Federation will issue its 2025 holiday sales forecast.
- All day - Western Union (WU) will hold its Investor Day event.
