Lahontan Golf (LG:CA)has announced a non-brokered private placement financing for gross proceeds of up to $2M through the issuance of up to 13.33M units at a price of $0.15 per Unit.
Each Unit is comprised of one common share of the Company and one-half of one whole Common Share purchase warrant of the Company.
Gross proceeds raised from the offering will be used for general working capital purposes and for exploration at the company's Santa Fe Mine and West Santa Fe Projects.
