MMTEC因最低出价规则收到纳斯达克退市通知

  • MMTEC (NASDAQ:MTC) said on Tuesday it received a delisting determination from Nasdaq after failing to meet the exchange’s minimum $1 bid price requirement for 30 consecutive business days.
  • The exchange said the company is ineligible for the standard 180-day compliance period because it completed a one-for-eight reverse stock split in December 2024. As a result, Nasdaq plans to delist MMTEC’s shares from the Nasdaq Capital Market.
  • The notice does not immediately affect trading, but unless the company appeals, trading will be suspended at the start of business on November 5, 2025.
  • MMTEC said it may request a hearing before a Nasdaq panel by November 3, which would stay the suspension pending a decision. The company said it is evaluating its options and currently intends to appeal the determination.
  • MTC -0.37% premarket to $0.799.
