Quantum (NASDAQ:QMCO) on Tuesday said it expects Q2 revenue of approximately $62.5 million, at the high-end of the guided range of $61 million, plus or minus $2 million.
Q2 GAAP gross margin of approximately 37.5% and GAAP operating expenses of approximately $32 million.
Q2 non-GAAP adjusted operating expenses expected to be approximately $25 million, favorable to the guidance range of $27 million, plus or minus $2 million
Quantum expects to report its full results for the fiscal second quarter 2026 by mid-November 2025.
