Clean Seed Capital Group Ltd. (NEX: CSX.H) said on Thursday it has completed a non-brokered private placement of 12.5 million units at $0.10 per unit, raising gross proceeds of $1.25 million.
Each unit includes one common share and one warrant exercisable at $0.25 for 12 months.
Proceeds will be used for working capital, inventory purchases, and debt repayment.
The company also agreed to issue 2.5 million shares at $0.10 each to settle $250,000 in payables under a shares-for-debt deal with one creditor.
An insider participated in the offering, subscribing for 5 million units and receiving the shares under the debt settlement.
Both transactions remain subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
