Revolve Renewable Power Corp. (REVV) said on Thursday it has entered into an agreement with Beacon Securities to raise up to $2 million through a brokered private placement of up to 10.5 million units at $0.19 each.
Each unit will consist of one common share and one warrant exercisable at $0.40 for 24 months.
The company also granted the agent an option to sell up to an additional 1.6 million units for $300,000.
Revolve said it plans to use the proceeds to advance late-stage renewable energy projects in its portfolio and for working capital.
The offering is subject to regulatory approvals, including that of the TSX Venture Exchange.
