Owlet (NYSE:OWLT) priced an underwritten public offering of ~4.2M shares of common stock. The shares are being sold at a public offering price of $7.15 per share.

All of the shares in the offering are to be sold by the company. The gross proceeds to Owlet are expected to be approximately $30M.

The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 629,400 shares.

The offering is expected to close on or about October 23, 2025.

Owlet intends to use the net proceeds to support continued commercialization and research and development, and for general corporate purposes.
