- Aveanna Healthcare Holdings (NASDAQ:AVAH) said certain stockholders affiliated with J.H. Whitney Equity Partners VII, LLC have launched a secondary offering of 10 million shares of the company’s common stock.
- The selling shareholders will also grant underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 1.5 million shares.
- Aveanna will not sell any shares in the offering or receive any proceeds.
- AVAH -3.71% after hours to $9.85.
