Prairiesky Royalty press release (OTCPK:PREKF): Q3 GAAP EPS of C$0.20.
Revenue of C$114.8M (-2.1% Y/Y).
Oil royalty production increased 11% over Q3 2024 averaging 14,127 barrels per day. Total royalty production averaged 25,687 BOE per day, a 5% increase over Q3 2024.
Royalty production revenue totaled C$107.7 million and combined with other revenue of C$7.1 million to bring total revenues to C$114.8 million for Q3 2025.
Other revenue included bonus consideration of C$4.8 million earned on entering into 44 new leasing arrangements.
Funds from operations totaled C$90.0 million or C$0.38 per share, a decrease of 3% from Q3 2024 primarily due to a 14% decline in US$ WTI benchmark pricing.
Declared a third quarter dividend of C$60.5 million (C$0.26 per share), representing a dividend payout ratio of 67%.
