内华达日出将私募股权规模提高至1200万

  • Nevada Sunrise Metals (TSXV:NEV:CA) announced an upsized direct private placement of up to 7M units, to a new total of up to 12M units at a price of $0.05 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $0.6M. 
  • The units will be issued on the same terms and will consist of one common share of the company and one common share purchase warrant.
  • Each warrant will permit the holder to purchase an additional common share at a price of $0.075 for a period expiring three years following the closing date of the offering.
  • The net proceeds will be used for the company's exploration work on the gold, copper, lithium, and other mineral property and general working capital.
