Praxis Precision Medicines (NASDAQ:PRAX) said on Thursday it plans to offer shares of its common stock and prefunded warrants in a public offering, with all securities to be sold by the company.
The size and pricing of the offering were not disclosed.
The company granted underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to 15% additional shares.

PRAX -2.92% after hours to $157.78.
