- SharpLink Gaming (NASDAQ:SBET) entered into a $76.5M registered direct offering with an institutional investor, selling 4.5M shares at $17.00 each.
- Investor also receives a 90-day premium purchase contract to buy up to 4.5M more shares at $17.50/share.
- If fully exercised, the premium purchase contract could raise an additional $78.8M, bringing total potential proceeds to over $155M.
- Closing of the offering is expected on or about October 17, 2025.
