GFG Resources (TSXV:GFG:CA) (OTCQB:GFGSF) announced a C$4M private placement of flow-through shares and premium flow-through units.
The offering includes up to 13.49M premium units at C$0.2224 each and up to 5.41M FT Shares at C$0.185 each.
Each premium unit includes 1 flow-through common share and half a warrant; each whole warrant exercisable at C$0.24 for 24 months.
Alamos Gold (AGI) will participate in the financing to maintain its 10.8% ownership in GFG.
Closing is expected on or around November 3, 2025.
