CES Energy Solutions (OTCPK:CESDF) is issuing an additional $75M of 6.875% senior unsecured notes due May 24, 2029.
The new notes are an add-on to the $200M originally issued on May 24, 2024, bringing the total to $275M.
The notes will be sold at 103.125% of face value, with a yield to worst of 5.559%.
They will have the same terms as the original notes and become fungible with them after the hold period ends. The
Offering is expected to close on or about October 23, 2025.
Proceeds will be used to repay debt on CES’ senior syndicated credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
