- Credissential (OTCPK:IPTNF) is launching a non-brokered private placement of convertible notes for up to $500,000.
- Notes are unsecured, 12-month term, and convertible at $0.05/share, or lower if allowed by CSE rules.
- Proceeds will go toward general corporate and working capital purposes.
- The company has also granted 7M restricted share units to consultants under its omnibus equity incentive plan.
- The RSUs are subject to a four-month and one-day hold period.
