- The offering involves 11.43M units at $0.35 per unit, each including one common share and half a warrant.
- Each full warrant allows purchase of one common share at $0.45, exercisable 60 days post-closing for 36 months.
- The company also plans a non-brokered private placement of up to 5.71M units for an additional $2M.
- Total expected gross proceeds from both financings are up to $6M.
