American Resources (NASDAQ:AREC) announced on Wednesday a private placement offering to raise ~$40M.
The company entered into a securities purchase agreement with several institutional investors for the purchase and sale of 7,843,138 class A shares at $5.10 per share.
The offering is expected to close on or about October 16.
