ASP Isotopes (NASDAQ:ASPI) has priced a public offering of 17,167,380 shares, aiming to raise approximately $210.3 million before fees and expenses.
The company also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to $31.5 million in additional shares at the same offering price, less fees. Net proceeds from this offering will be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
The offering is expected to close on October 16, 2025, subject to standard conditions.
