Cango终止ADR计划，转向直接纽约证券交易所上市

- Cango (NYSE:CANG) will terminate its ADR program after market close on Friday, Nov. 14, 2025.
- All ADSs will be mandatorily cancelled, and each ADS holder will receive two Class A ordinary shares of the company.
- Class A shares are expected to begin trading on the NYSE under the ticker "CANG" on Monday, Nov. 17, 2025.
- The move is intended to eliminate depositary fees, increase shareholder rights, and improve institutional visibility.
- The change supports Cango’s strategy to become a more U.S.-focused company and potentially broaden its investor base.
