Nuburu宣布收到纽约证券交易所美国人的警告信

- NUBURU (OTC:BURUW) on Monday said that it has received a warning letter from NYSE American LLC regarding the company's compliance with Section 401(a) of the NYSE American Company Guide.
- The warning letter relates to the company's October 1, 2025, press release announcing the implementation of a dual-CEO structure to drive its transformation plan.
- The exchange said Nuburu did not provide the required advance notice before publishing the statement.
- The Colorado-based firm said it is taking steps to strengthen its disclosure procedures to ensure future compliance and publicly disclosed the warning in accordance with Section 401(j) of the Company Guide.
- BURUW closed +17.22% at $0.13.
