Vertiv聘请WabTEC的Craig Chamberlin担任首席财务官

Vertiv (NYSE:VRT) has appointed Craig Chamberlin as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective November 10, 2025.
Chamberlin will succeed David Fallon, who had previously announced his retirement and will continue to support Vertiv as a consultant through December 31, 2026.
He joins Vertiv from Wabtec (WAB), where he most recently served as group vice president and chief financial officer of the company's ~$3 billion Transit segment.
VRT +4.6% premarket to $176.85
