- Hycroft Mining (NASDAQ:HYMC) has proposed a public offering of Class A shares to raise gross proceeds of around $100 million.
- Net proceeds from the offering will be used to expand and accelerate exploration and drilling programs, supporting the company's strategy to unlock additional near-mine and district-scale potential at the Hycroft Mine. Net proceeds are also expected to be used to address general corporate and working capital needs.
