Designer Brands宣布CFO过渡流程

- Designer Brands (NYSE:DBI) on Wednesday announced that Jared Poff will resign as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer, effective October 31, 2025, to pursue a new professional opportunity.
- Mark Haley, the company’s Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer, will step in as Interim Principal Financial Officer, effective November 1, 2025.
- Haley, 57, has been with the company since 2017 and brings a wealth of experience in financial leadership, previously holding roles at Conn’s, Inc., Coldwater Creek Inc., and SUPERVALU INC. He is a CPA and holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Idaho.
- The company has begun an executive search to find a permanent CFO. Designer Brands CEO Doug Howe expressed confidence in Haley’s leadership during this transition, reinforcing the Company’s ongoing focus on its strategic initiatives and long-term growth.
