NextDecade (NASDAQ:NEXT) announced that chief financial officer Brent Wahl will step down effective October 20, 2025.
Wahl will remain as a consultant through December 31, 2025, to support the leadership transition.
Mike Mott, SVP of Enterprise Transformation, has been appointed interim CFO.
NextDecade reiterated its expectation to reach a final investment decision on Train 5 at its Rio Grande LNG project by November 15, 2025, pending financing.
