C3is (NASDAQ:CISS) has entered into definitive agreements for a registered direct offering with institutional investors.
The company will issue 800,000 shares of common stock at $2.50 per share, raising ~$2M in gross proceeds.
The offering is expected to close on or about October 9, 2025.
Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and working capital.
CISS shares down 31.7% premarket on Wednesday.
