Flora Growth (NASDAQ:FLGC), soon to rebrand as ZeroStack, announced the purchase of 772,200 0G tokens at an average price of $2.59, marking its first 0G acquisition since raising $401M.
The company now holds a total of 122.5M 0G tokens, valued at ~$352M, based on a $2.87 per-token closing price on Binance (as of Oct. 7, 2025).
This strategic accumulation positions Flora/ZeroStack as the first public company building a 0G treasury—providing investors with exposure to decentralized AI infrastructure.
Per-share exposure stands at 12.491 0G tokens per share, or ~$35.85 per share in token value, based on partially adjusted share count.
All newly acquired 0G tokens are intended for long-term holding and staking to generate native yield within the 0G ecosystem.
The company plans to continue deploying proceeds from its September 2025 fundraising into additional 0G purchases.
FLGC shares down 3% premarket on Wednesday.
