- Tower Resources (TSXV:TWR:CA) will conduct a non-brokered flow-through private placement for up to $2M, issuing 8M shares at $0.25 each.
- Proceeds will fund a 3,000-metre diamond drilling program on the Rabbit North property in British Columbia.
- Drilling will target continuity of the Blue Sky and Thunder North zones with 50-metre hole spacing aimed at generating indicated-level gold resource estimates.
- A 70-sample till gold-grain survey east of previous discoveries has been completed, with results expected in two weeks, aligning with drill start-up timing.
- Additional drilling based on new survey targets will test the scale of the orogenic gold system at Rabbit North.
