Esperion Therapeutics (ESPR) is offering 30M shares of common stock at $2.50 per share in an underwritten public offering.
The company has granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 4.5M additional shares.
Gross proceeds are expected to be ~$75M before fees and expenses, excluding any option exercise.
All shares are being sold by Esperion, with no secondary sales included.
The offering is expected to close on or around October 9, 2025.
