Adicet Bio (NASDAQ:ACET) announced an underwritten direct offering of 70 million shares of common stock and, for certain investors, pre-funded warrants to buy 10 million shares.
The common stock is priced at $1.00 per share, and the pre-funded warrants at $0.9999 each.
The offering is expected to raise approximately $80 million before fees and expenses and is scheduled to close around October 8, 2025, subject to customary conditions.
