丹麦海上风电开发商Orsted通过股票出售筹集93.5亿美元

- Denmark's Ørsted A/S (OTCPK:DNNGY) has completed a DKK 59.56 billion ($9.35 billion) rights issue, with 99.3% of new shares subscribed, it said on Monday.
- The issue was open to existing shareholders, and the Danish state, which controls the company, accounted for 50.1% of the new issue. Norwegian energy firm Equinor (EQNR), a 10% shareholder in Orsted, had said it would also participate.
- The proceeds from the capital increase will cover the immediate financing needs created by retaining full ownership of Sunrise Wind.
- The proceeds will also strengthen Ørsted's capital structure and contribute to financial resilience in the years from 2025 to 2027 when Ørsted will complete the construction of 8.1 GW of offshore wind projects, which will increase our installed offshore wind capacity to18.3 GW.
