West High Yield（WH）宣布授予股票期权

West High Yield (W.H.Y.) (TSXV:WHY:CA) (FSE:W0H) on Monday said that its board of directors have approved and authorized the grant and issuance of a total of 385,000 stock options, effective October 6, 2025.
The options, granted to 10 consultants, each allow the purchase of one common share at an exercise price of CAD$0.40, which matches the closing price of the shares on the TSX Venture Exchange.
The options have a 10-year term and vest immediately, subject to TSXV approval and a four-month hold period.
WHYRF closed -3.41% at $0.28.
