Sunoco推出Parkland纸币兑换要约

Sunoco LP (NYSE:SUN) has initiated private exchange offers for Parkland Corporation’s Canadian and U.S. dollar-denominated notes.
The PKI CAD notes and PKI USD notes will be exchanged for new Sunoco-issued notes.
Terms of the new Sunoco notes will closely match the original Parkland notes, including interest rate, maturity, and redemption terms.
