- Avtron operates five manufacturing sites across North America and Europe, and is expected to generate nearly $350 million in revenue in 2025.
- The transaction is expected to be completed after regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions have been met.
- David Cox, Avtron’s current CEO, will continue to oversee the business.
