- South Star Battery Metals (OTCQB:STSBF) said that it named Tiago Cunha as Interim CEO, President and Director and Darren Prins as CFO and corporate secretary.
- Mr. Cunha is the manager of equity at investment fund Grou Capital and a veteran capital markets executive with extensive mineral resource and energy transition experience.
- Previously, Mr. Prins has served as the Chief Financial Officer for TSX, TSX Venture and NYSE listed companies.
