- Apex Resources (TSXV:APX) (OTCID:SLMLF) said on Wednesday it will not proceed with an additional tranche of its previously announced non-brokered financing.
- The company plans to raise up to $250,000 through a new non-brokered flow-through financing, issuing up to 3.57 million flow-through units at $0.07 each.
- Each unit includes one flow-through share and half of a warrant exercisable at $0.10 for two years from the date of closing.
- Proceeds will be used for eligible Canadian exploration expenses.
- Closing is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
