甲骨文收到美国立法者关于大学定价的来信:报告

2025-10-02 03:16

  • Oracle (NYSE:ORCL) is among the companies that have received letters from U.S. lawmakers in an effort to find out more about the algorithms that set prices for colleges and universities, the New York Times reported.
  • Letters were sent to consulting firms EAB and Ruffalo Noel Levitz, the College Board, Ellucian and Oracle, which has a higher education technology unit, the news outlet added.
  • “Colleges that agree to use a common pricing formula or algorithm, or knowingly do so through a third-party company, are likely violating the antitrust laws,” the letters read, which were signed by Representatives Jim Jordan and Scott Fitzgerald and Senators Charles Grassley and Mike Lee.
  • Oracle did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Seeking Alpha.
