- Bitcoin Well (TSXV:BTCW:CA) (OTCQB:BCNWF) announced on Tuesday the acquisition of 31.36 bitcoins at an average price of $113,314 to add to its reserve.
- BTC-USD was trading at $113,110.30 pre-market.
- The company now holds 42.36 BTC in its bitcoin reserve, purchased at an average price of $110,087.
- Bitcoin Well said it plans to allocate the majority of the proceeds from the first tranche of its recently announced private placement to buy more bitcoin.
