- CAVA Group's (NYSE:CAVA) COO Jennifer Somers has departed the company.
- Somers' departure constitutes a Covered Termination without Cause under the company’s Executive Severance Plan. The company will pay Somers the severance benefits as per the plan.
- The company has initiated a search to identify a successor. In the interim, Jonathan Braatvedt, SVP of Operations, will temporarily assume Somers’ responsibilities and serve as Interim head of operations.
