SS Innovations appoints CFO

SS Innovations International (NASDAQ:SSII) announced on Friday the appointment of Naveen Kumar Amar as CFO, effective September 24.

Shares were -1.59% pre-market to $5.56.

Amar succeeds Vishwa Srivastava, the interim CFO since July 2025. Srivastava will continue as the CEO - Asia Pacific.

Most recently, Amar provided virtual CFO services to clients based in the U.S., Canada, and the UK.
