Emmis收购价格为1000万单位IPO，每单位10美元

- Blank check company Emmis Acquisition (NASDAQ:EMIS) on Wednesday announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 10,000,000 units for $10.00 per unit.
- The units are expected to be listed on Nasdaq and begin trading tomorrow, September 25, under the ticker symbol “EMISU.”
- Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one right to receive one tenth (1/10) of one Class A ordinary share upon the consummation of an initial business combination.
- An amount equal to $10.00 per unit will be deposited into a trust account upon the closing of the offering.
