筑牢安全生产防线，纳尔股份三地联动开展消防应急演练

2025年9月25日，纳尔股份在上海、南通、丰城三地工厂同步组织开展了消防安全应急演练活动。演练模拟化学品泄漏和导热油泄漏起火场景，检验员工在紧急情况下的响应与协作能力。

On September 25, 2025, Nar conducted synchronized fire safety emergency drills at its Shanghai, Nantong, and Fengcheng factories. The drills simulated scenarios such as chemical leaks and thermal oil leakage fires to test employees’ emergency response and coordination capabilities.

演练开始，各厂区员工迅速集合后进入模拟作业状态。险情发生后，参演人员按预案进行报警、疏散、灭火、救护等操作，分工明确、动作规范，展现了高效的应急处置能力。演练过程中，ESS小组全程协调指挥，上海工厂所属的申江消防中队现场参与指导。

At the start of the drills, employees quickly assembled and entered simulated operational conditions. Once the simulated emergencies occurred, participants followed predefined procedures to execute alarm activation, evacuation, firefighting, and rescue operations. Their clear division of tasks and standardized actions demonstrated efficient emergency handling capabilities. Throughout the drills, the ESS team coordinated and directed the operations, while the Shenjiang Fire Squadron, affiliated with the Shanghai factory, provided on-site guidance.

演练结束后，各地现场负责人对演练过程进行了总结，针对现场演练情况提出了改进建议。此次演练全面检验并提升了员工在突发事故中的应急响应与协同处置能力，也促进了三地工厂在安全管理方面的经验交流与标准统一。

After the drills concluded, site managers at each location summarized the exercise and proposed improvement suggestions based on the on-site performance. The drills comprehensively tested and enhanced employees’ emergency response and collaborative disposal capabilities in sudden incidents, while also promoting experience exchange and standardization in safety management across the three sites.
