- Silver Elephant Mining (TSX:ELEF:CA) will increase its non-brokered private placement to raise gross proceeds of $735,200 through the sale of 4.59M units at a price of $0.16 per unit.
- Each unit consists of one common share of the company and one share purchase warrant with each warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional Share at a price of $0.20 per share for a period of three years from issuance.
- Company insiders will be subscribing for 1M units for gross proceeds of up to $160,000.
